For Spirion to work properly in a Mac environment, you must add Spirion, the Endpoint Service, Endpoint Watcher, and User-Agent to Full Disk Access and Accessibility. If your organization uses Catalina or later, you will want to double-check to make sure that both Sprion and the Endpoint Service are listing in Files and Folders.

To do that do the following:

  1. Click the Apple icon at the top left.
  2. Click System Preferences from the menu that appears.

Note: Catalina users check to make sure that both the Endpoint Service and the Sprion App are in Files and Folders.
Note: All four Apps can be added to JAMF to grant automatic access. Please see JAMFs guide on how to do this on the jamf.com website.
