How to Add a Custom Classification to a Playbook
Adding a classification to a Scan Playbook workflow is simple.
To add a classification to a new or pre-existing playbook, use the following steps:
- Navigate to your Scan Playbook.
- From the left side navigation menu select Scans > Scan Playbooks.
- For an existing playbook, in the table shown identify the playbook you wish to add a classification to.
- For the identified playbook, select the more options (3 vertical dots) menu at far right and select "Manage Playbook."
- For a new playbook, click the + Add Playbook button in the top right corner.
- The New Playbook pop-up window opens.
- Enter a name and description for your playbook.
- Click the '+' button from a decision point.
- Select Classification from the Select Action drop-down menu.

- In the Classifications box select the following:
- Action Options: Where will this be classified - in the database only or on both the file and database? Select the appropriate option from the drop-down menu.
- Classification type: Will the classification be added, removed, or replaced? Select the appropriate option from the drop-down menu.
- Selected Classification: Select the custom classification to be applied in this playbook rule from the drop-down menu.

- When finished click the white hard disk icon (Save) button next to the Actions button in the top left of the page.
