How to Reset a User's Password

Overview

You can reset passwords and authenticators on the User Management page within Spirion Sensitive Data Platform.

IMPORTANT! Always use a strong password. A strong password is at least 10 characters long. It must include at least 1 alpha character, 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 number, and 1 special character (#$%-&*+!). Use only passwords which conform to these rules.

Password Lockout Period

Users are given 3 attempts to log in to Spirion Sensitive Data Platform, regardless of how much time passes between login attempts.

The failed login count resets only AFTER a successful login.
