Enhancements

1. Updated validation definitions of North American phone numbers for the Telephone Data Type.
2. Agents, in addition to Policies, can now use Ignore lists - added as database attachments – when scanning for sensitive data. 

Bug Fixes

1. Resolved a Microsoft OneDrive issue in which folders within Shared Drives are not searched.
2. Resolved an issue in which the playbook action “Manual Shred” was not working for Microsoft Exchange on-premises targets.
3. Resolved an issue in which Shred did not perform successfully on SharePoint targets
4. SQL Database scanning table row range now stopped based on row count.
5. SDM Agent no longer generates duplicate task files in the Tasks folder after executing a Spirion Sensitive Data Platform sensitive data scan (services).
6. Resolved an issue in which SharePoint Targets containing sensitive data were successfully searched, but the configured playbook action “shred” was not performed.
7. Resolved an issue in which first time installations of the Spirion Agent Installation wizard hang on the dialog “Windows Installer Coordinator.”
8. Resolved issue in which Shipper service (Spirion Service) sometimes shuts down and is not automatically started/restarted by the Spirion Services Monitor service.
9. Resolved an issue in which distributed scan search Agents time out before the Discovery Agent builds its job queue.
10. Resolved an issue in which a playbook can hang in the Processing state when a playbook manual MIP Label action fails on the agent.
11. Distributed scans run with a scan log level of “Standard Logging” under Discovery Team Settings, no longer produce excessively large and detailed Discovery Agent logs.
12. The installer now uses a generic label instead of the "Administrators" label to assign group permissions to the new PostgreSQL and PgBouncer folders to better support multiple languages in Windows.
13. Resolved an issue in which the manual “shred” action, activated via scan playbook, does not shred sensitive data in Google Drive targets.
14. Resolved an issue in which a single agent scan of Amazon S3 became trapped in a “GetLastJobMessage” query loop.
15. Resolved an issue in which when applying Purview labels to a text (.txt) file, if that .txt file is the first file to be labeled, the label is applied, but the file is not renamed to .ptxt as expected.
16. Resolved an issue in which running scans with the “Replace” option for the Spirion classification results in the second label being added, but the first is not removed.
17. Installing the proper C++ Redistributables - 14.44 (2015-2022) - prevents MIP labels and protection from failing to apply to files on Windows 11 Agents with TLS 1.3-only enabled.
18. Resolved an issue in which scanning Google Drive using a v13.5 Agent returned a high amount of 403 errors.
19. Resolved an issue in which playbooks with multiple MIP Label actions on different decision step paths (multiple decision steps), executed only the first MIP Label action.
20. Resolved issue which caused GDrive target files not being redacted as instructed by a scan playbook.
21. When scanning Snowflake databases Private Key passwords are no longer displayed in logs.
